Mamas has knocked it out of the park with this one. As an expat South African,I was excited to find a local source of peri-Peri that took me back to the days of fish stews and chicken on the beach. I have been buying Mama’s since they opened and we even had it at my daughter’s wedding. All the spice levels are great but the truffle sauce blew my mind. Just the right amount of heat but with that earthy truffle taste. I can see it pairing with Chicken but also Steak and it screaming to be put into a pasta dish. Great addition Mama’s.
